Digging deep into my archives for some photographs I took in Shanghai a couple of years ago (another work trip - lucky me!). I loved the bicycles and fabrics shops, old Singers and bra pads, stylised graphics and coloured illustrations. An experience I'll never forget was visiting a market selling baby turtles, scorpions and frogs, and the hum of single crickets kept in tiny tins and sold for fighting tournaments.
