Baby books/2

Seeing this book again brought back lots of happy childhood memories. Richard Scarry is one of my favourite children's illustrators with his quirky characters and attention to detail. Published by Collins, this is the first edition of 'Richard Scarry's Animal Nursery Tales' from 1975.

  1. Oh my goodness, I'm so with you on Richard Scarry. Just picked up his Trains and Planes book in a charity shop for Baby Biddle, and also found reprints of his Alphabet book and his What People Do All Day books in charity shops last month. I love his illustrations and they whisk me back to childhood too! Enjoy the book. Mrs B x

  2. How fantastic - I think we both have very similar tastes seeing the books you've recently published on your blog.....I've been very tempted to purchase the 'When I was Born' one! I've also got a couple of little paperback Richard Scarry books called 'Mr Kitcat Goes to Town' and 'Suzy's Holiday' - look out for those soon ; )
