I finally got around to seeing the Ernesto Neto exhibition The Edges of the World at the Hayward before it closes this weekend. Neto has created site-specific fabric installations that merge sculpture and architecture for skin-like biomorphic qualities, and allow the viewer to interact and engage with their surroundings.
My favourite things were the merging and overlapping of colours for soft pastel rainbows, and the crochet and stitch detailing around the seams.
